Awards 2023

Hello again friends, TGIF right?

Cynthia Grassing is the Design and Décor Specialist here at Pratt Homes Barrie. She is absolutely fantastic and has put her touch on many Barrie homes.  Most recently she was featured in the September/October edition of Good Life Magazine.  Also, Pratt Homes Barrie was nominated for a Ontario Home Builders Association Award (OHBA) for Best Interior Decorating – Model Home/Suite under 2000 sq. ft. because of Cynthia’s marvellous efforts.

As a long time Barrie home builder, Pratt Homes Barrie believes in keeping our home owners updated with the progress of their home as well and the developments their homes are in.  Every Thursday, our girl Cynthia sends out a weekly home owner update, which we will be posting to this blog, so you can get a feel of how up to date you are kept throughout the process of your new home being built.

Cynthia’s Home owner update for Thursday September 20th.

A large corner section of building 45 in Manhattan now displays the “Caledonia” brick that is currently being installed. Looking great!

Landscaping has recently been completed around building 43 making for a beautiful private entrance to Barrie’s “Eco Park” from your community. The new trees, shrubs and ornamental accents blend well with the natural heritage existing trees in the area.

It’s hard to resist not getting excited about the brilliant red leaves that are showing up on various leaves throughout the eco-park. The brilliant colour evokes a sense of comfort and desire to bring an element of fall indoors.

Bringing the outside in can be as simple as using the seasons harvest in your décor- a bowl of bright red apples, pomegranates or berries and a simple arrangement of spare branches from a walk through the park can be all that is needed to signal that fall is here!

(Cynthia’s next update is scheduled for Thursday October 3rd)

Have a great weekend everyone.
