Did everyone have a great Thanksgiving? The city of Barrie and surrounding area is gorgeous during the fall, and a weekend like this past one gives us an opportunity to get out and experience the breath taking scenery.
We are writing today to let you know about our grand opening of Manhattan’s Upper West side on Saturday October 26th at our sales office at 40 Ferndale Drive South, Barrie. This development is directly across the road from Manhattan and is surrounded by forestry and wildlife.
There will be three 48 unit buildings named the Rockefeller, the Bloomingdale and the Empire. They have been elegantly named after prestigious buildings in New York City and will contain new condo units ranging from 606-1464 sq. ft.
Some of the amenities you will be living with include
- A community courtyard themed after Tavern on the Green in Central Park equipped with chess tables
- Enclosed and secure underground parking

The grand opening starts at 10:00am and will feature a barbeque with some refreshments so you can skip lunch and come right down!
Here’s the fun part, I am not sure if you are aware of this but when you purchase a new home from Pratt Homes Barrie, you receive either $2,500 in upgrades OR a 5 white appliance package. However, on the grand opening weekend from 10:00am Saturday October 26th until 5:00pm Sunday October 27th, if you sign a reservation agreement, you will have a chance to win an extra $10,000 in upgrades to your condo. That’s a total of $12,500 in upgrades. We will also be giving away two extra $5,000 upgrades as well as several extra $2,500 in upgrades. This means at a minimum, you could walk away with $5,000 in upgrades! Imagine the possibilities…
