For those who qualify, Pratt will allow you to complete work on your home and will credit you the amount allotted for the portion of the work you complete on your home.
Credits such as painting, flooring, and trim work are just some of the work credits offered. In exchange for the work you will be credited the sweat equity amount towards your downpayment.
