$500.00 deposit upon signing of the agreement of purchase and sale, then you have ten days to arrange suitable financing and provide us with a commitment letter from a reputable Financial institution.
If you need help getting approved let us try to secure you suitable financing. If you can’t get approval your original $500.00 is returned in full.

Once you have approval you will be required to make the following deposits.

$2,000.00 30 days from the original deposit.
$2,500.00 60 days from the original deposit.
Only $5,000.00 down!
