At Pratt Homes we have realized that a home is more than just a building. A home is more than bricks and mortar, lumber and shingles. A home is something unique that represent individual dreams.
At Pratt Homes we put a lot of time and resources into creating your special dream home. Our excellent sales team has about 40 years of combined experience in new home sales. Our construction team is very skilled and each and every team member has numerous years of experience in new home construction. We are proud of our staff, sub contractors, and suppliers and the product we deliver together as Pratt Homes, the “Home Team”.
Pratt Homes has been building great communities in Barrie since the mid 70's and we are now one of the largest and most experienced home builders in the greater Barrie area. Pratt Homes is proud to also be building homes in Innisfil, just south of Barrie. We have been a registered builder with Ontario New Home Warranty (now Tarion) since the start of New Home Warranty in 1977.
