As homeowners you are encouraged to visit our Colour and Design Centre. Pratt Homes offers a wide variety of included and optional interior and exterior finishes and design options from which you can select. It is important that you visit the Colour and Design Centre as often as required prior to your appointment. This is essential as you will be required to finalize your selections at your Appointment.

During your appointments you will have many important and detailed choices to make and may want to consider who you would like to accompany you. You may want to consider finding alternative arrangements for children so you can remain focused on selecting your design features. Appointments run one (1) hour in length and are conducted by pre-arranged appointment times only.
